Read and reread the lease
Now that you have fallen in love with the property. Carefully read the lease before you make it official. Review the terms so you have an understanding of your responsibilities and procedures.
We make it easy to protect yourself and take the guess work out of renters insurance. We have partnered up with Assurant’s Point and can set up autopay to keep you covered & insured.
Pay your bills on time
Don’t risk getting an eviction and pay your rent on time. It may seem pretty obvious but life happens and sometime we forget to pay the rent. TEAK will automate your payments so you can focus on what’s important.
How to Apply
Step 1: Fill out the application HERE and pay the non-refundable application fee ($75 per applicant – any person over 18 that will be residing at the property)
Step 2: Following the receipt of your application, required documents, and payment we will process your application and provide you a response within 2 business days, excluding weekends & holidays.
Step 3: Upon application approval, we send you the lease to review and then sign electronically. At this time we will also collect the following made payable to TEAK Management:
→ Security deposit
→ First month’s rent
Step 4: Once all payments and the signed lease are received and cleared we will issue log in credentials to our TENANT PORTAL.
