Teak Management is a boutique property management company serving Lake Nona, Laureate Park, and surrounding Orlando communities. We combine local knowledge with hands-on management to help owners protect their properties, make informed decisions, and minimize the headaches of owning a rental.
Founder and owner Blaire Ditmar is a native Floridian with deep roots in Orlando. Having lived in Winter Park, College Park, Downtown Orlando, and Lake Nona, she brings a personal understanding of the neighborhoods Teak serves. Since 2017, Blaire and her family have called Laureate Park home.

Orlando’s neighborhoods each offer a different ownership and rental experience. Blaire’s connection to these communities comes from living in them, alongside her professional experience in real estate operations and property management.
That perspective helps us consider more than a property’s square footage and bedroom count. We look at its location, condition, community requirements, and the features that matter to prospective residents when recommending pricing and preparing a home for the rental market.
In Lake Nona and Laureate Park, our experience includes managing neighborhood HOA requirements and the unique considerations of homes with detached garage apartments. For owners, that means guidance grounded in familiarity with the community and the practical details of managing its rentals.
Our local involvement extends beyond property management. Teak Management is a proud PTA partner at Laureate Park Elementary. Supporting our neighborhood school is one way we contribute to the community our family calls home.
